COMMENTS: Contact in Alaska - Richard L. Collins
(rlc@gi.alaska.edu). This Rayleigh lidar is located at a rocket
rang. It has been in routine operation since 1997. The lidar is
operated under a collaborative agreement between the Communications
Research Laboratory and the Geophysical Institute of the University
of Alaska.
